Shipping and Returns

We process orders within 24 hours, and they are beginning shipping as soon as they are processed.

After processing, orders may take 2-14 days, depending on your location, to arrive at your mailbox/doorstep.

Return for refunds are accepted upon approval at no extra cost to you. You are allowed a maximum of 3 free returns for refunds, this helps us protect the environment.

Note: If you must exceed 3 free returns for refunds, the next 7 returns will give you in-store credit from Truverse. After 10 returns, your account health may be in non-good standing and further action on your account may be taken.

We resell returned items that are still deemed by our Nijra team "resellable" and generally in new condition. You will see a "Nijra 2H" tag on these items.

Refunds take 3-5 business days for banks to process. Bitcoin Refunds should appear within an hour.
